We don't use this data to identify you personally.

• To send the weekly newsletter to subscribers.
• To review, and where relevant publish, story submissions — with your name if you chose to be credited, or anonymously if you chose that option.
• To understand site usage and improve the content and experience.
• To respond if you contact us directly.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for purposes beyond what's described here.

Third-party services we use

We rely on a small set of third-party services to run this site. Each processes data under its own privacy policy:

• Formspree — processes newsletter signups and story submissions on our behalf.
• Google Analytics — provides site usage analytics.
• Vercel — hosts this website.
• Discord — the “Join Discord” button takes you to our community server, hosted entirely on Discord. Anything you post or do inside Discord is governed by Discord's own privacy policy, not this one.

Cookies

This site uses cookies set by Google Analytics to measure site usage. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics tracking using Google's browser opt-out add-on. Blocking cookies won't affect your ability to use the site.

Data retention

We keep newsletter and story submission data for as long as needed to run the newsletter and community, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

• Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link.
• You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing b2b.brainrot@gmail.com.
• If you submitted a story anonymously, we still hold your name and email internally (for verification) even though it won't be published — you can request that we delete it.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for working professionals and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be flagged to newsletter subscribers.
